Infonaut’s Matt McPherson Presents at National Collaborating Centres’ Summer Institute
Friday, July 7th, 2006Mr. McPherson spoke at the at the National Collaborating Centres’ Summer Institute on Knowledge Transfer about the potential for using Internet mapping to bring together data from a wide variety of sources. He demonstrated how public health managers and analysts in Ontario are using Internet-based mapping for strategic & resource planning. Matt highlighted the fact that there is a growing rate of map literacy among the general public, including high-level decision-makers, exemplified by Infonaut’s easy-to-use health mapping tools.
